One World -- One Family
This is an arch of 49 kites on about 200 feet of line. It symbolizes all the various peoples of the world. You can put whatever interpretation to the colors you like; race, culture, state of mind, but they represent that we are different, yet very much the same. Each figure has outstretched arms and they are "holding hands", as in a family gathering. 

Both ends are staked/held down on the ground. They then take on a life of their own. As the wind dies, they will float to the ground. When the wind picks-up, so too will it pickup the kites in the arch. It self launches.
